REFUND POLICY

This policy covers refunds for purchases made on ucaslife.top.By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Refunds are only approved for items returned within 14 days of delivery, and the items must remain unused, with original packaging, tags, and a copy of the order invoice—altered or damaged items will be rejected.
After our team inspects and confirms the return is eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-6 business days. Note that payment providers may take extra time to reflect the funds in your account.
Final-sale items (e.g., marked "non-refundable" on the product page) are excluded from refunds, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error by our team.
